A 3 hour party rental where you can bring your own food and decor. Guests will have access to our private party room while also enjoying our open play space, which remains open to the public.

A 3.5 hour celebration with full access to the entire play cafe! This is a private event where your group has the whole space to yourselves. You choose your decor theme, and we handle the setup so you can enjoy a fully hosted experience.

Party Information & Policies
To ensure every celebration runs smoothly, we ask that all parties be booked in advance. Basic and Deluxe party packages must be booked at least 1 week in ahead of your event date, while our Ultimate party package must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance to allow proper planning and preparation.
A $100 deposit is required to secure your party date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your event.
All children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the party. Joyful Sprouts Play Cafe is not a drop-off facility.
Outside food and decorations are allowed for Basic party packages. Deluxe and Ultimate packages include themed decor and food options provided by us. Cake and ice cream are not provided by the play cafe and must be brought in by the host for all party packages.
All guests must follow our general play rules, including sock-only play area access and respectful use of equipment.
Party times begins and ends promptly at your scheduled times. Additional time may not be available same-day, but can be purchased ahead of time.
We do our best to accommodate special requests, but availability and customization may vary based on package level and scheduling.
